It's a small station we set up inside local cafés, salons, or stores-inviting customers to take a mindful minute out of their day to pause, reflect, and reset.
Each corner includes:
* A quick mental health prompt (like "What's something you're ready to let go of?")
* A "Let-It-Go" jar or activity based in science-backed practices like cognitive defusion or mindfulness
* And a one-page take-home resource with proven mental health strategies that support self-awareness, stress relief, and resilience
