THRIVE hosted a Cognitive defusion (CDef) workshop at Playa Bowls at The Shops at Valley Square Mall at Warrington, PA. This activity is based on “cognitive defusion,” a research-backed method that helps you see thoughts as separate from yourself—making them easier "to let go".
